Little Free Libraries
Riverside South Little Free Library Project
“Little Free Libraries” follow a sharing economy concept that has been growing in popularity around the world. You give a book or take a book, all for free in the interests of promoting literacy, community building and reducing waste. They encourage interaction between neighbours bringing people together for a friendlier neighbourhood.
At present there are 6 little libraries throughout the community:
- RBC Bank @ Spratt/Limebank
- 4531 Shoreline
- 501 Wildshore Crescent
- 109 Cambie Road
- 617 Bow Valley
- Larimar Circle
